We build our own apps and we run them ourselves.

Expansive Verity started as a side project between friends in Portugal and turned into a company. We are not an agency, so there are no clients and no briefs. We work on problems we have had ourselves, which so far means one app and a long list of things we still want to fix in it.

We ship the whole thing

The same four people design it, build it and answer the emails about it. Nobody hands work off to another team, because there is no other team.

Small on purpose

Being this small is why a complaint on Monday can be fixed by Thursday. It is the one advantage we have over a bigger company, so we are in no hurry to grow.

Boring where it counts

We would rather be adventurous in the app than in the deploy pipeline. The infrastructure is deliberately dull so nobody has to think about it on a Saturday night.
